Booking Process - How to Apply
Any questions you
have, that are not answered in our FAQs feel
free to Contact Us and we will endeavor to
answer these within 48 hours (2 working days).
Step 1: Fill out the online application
form and submit it. The form will ask you about
your personal information, choice of
volunteering program, location, duration,
program start date and other.
Step 2: Within 48 hours; after checking
the program availability status we will send you
application approval email as well as request to
deposit the US$210 registration/application fee
required to confirm your place on the program
with Sankalp.
Step 3: Once your
registration/application fee has been deposited
into our bank account you will receive an email
acknowledging your booking and confirming the
location, program, duration and dates you are
volunteering for within 48 hours (2 working
days). In this email you will receive
comprehensive information about your chosen
location program as well.
Step 4: We will let you know when you
need to pay the balance of your program fee by
(no later than one month before the start of
your program).
Once your remaining program fee has been
deposited into our bank account you will receive
an confirmation email for the same. In this
email you receive Information booklet detailing
(Hand Book) everything you need to know about
your impending volunteer placement relevant to
your volunteer program.
