We invite you to the beautiful Pink City of India to participate in our special winter break volunteer program, celebrate the holidays, and experience Jaipur, UNESCO World Heritage city in its best season.

Join us in making this Christmas and New Year truly unforgettable for both yourself and the communities we work with. Embark on our two week Mini winter break volunteer holiday program in India and create memories that will warm hearts and inspire joy for years to come.
Personally meet at Delhi Airport and transfer to volunteer house
An orientation and group introduction will be organized on next day of your arrival
Drive to Agra, and transfer to hotel and visit to Fort & local market in evening. Next day; visit to the Taj Mahal at 10:00 AM after breakfast (included).
Evening have Christmas Celebration at the volunteer house Jaipur!
Volunteer Work begins
The volunteers are free to explore the city center and immerse themselves in the 31st celebration in India.
Drive to Pushkar after breakfast. Pushkar is one of the most sacred pilgrimage places for Hindus and famous for its only Brahma Temple.
Travel to Jaisalmer and transfer to the hotel and visit Jaisalmer fort in the evening to see its nighty beauty. The next day in the early morning a visit to Gadisar Lake is planned to see the sunrise. Afterwards we return to the Hotel for breakfast, followed by Jaisalmer sightseeing and markets visits. In the afternoon we will proceed to the Desert.
In the afternoon we will visit a desert village and enjoy a camel ride to Sunset Point and sand dunes.
Travel to Jodhpur and transfer to a hotel. In the evening it's possible to make a visit to the markets. On the next day; we will visit Mehrangarh Fort after breakfast and afterwards checkout from the Hotel.
Head back to Jaipur and arrive there before dinner.

You must participate in Winter Break Holiday program with an open mind, giving heart, and flexibility to work with different age ranges of children.
To ensure the well-being of our volunteers, it's important that they are in good physical health when joining the winter break holiday program. Further to this, individuals must have a clean criminal record and furnish a clear background check report. For applicants under 18, obtaining parents consent is mandatory to be winter break holiday volunteer.
We are flexible, allowing you to arrive at any time of the day at Delhi International (IGI) Airport.
Our designated driver waits for you at arrival hall of airport displaying your name. We also facilitate pickup for them who are already in the country or arriving early, from a certain location in Delhi or Jaipur.
Volunteers are provided with comfortable housing at volunteer houses in Jaipur. The house is maintained for hygiene and cleanliness, offering volunteers a cozy home away from home. Complete with amenities such as Wi-Fi internet, television with OTTs, western toilets with hot shower, and comfortable bedding, our volunteer houses ensure a pleasant stay.
During weekend excursions to Taj Mahal, accommodations will be arranged in good star hotel in Agra.
A half-day orientation session, conducted by our team, awaits you on the day following your arrival. This orientation covers essential topics such as local culture, greetings, geographical landmarks, transportation, and other relevant details outlined in your holiday volunteer program itinerary.
During your holiday volunteer experience, you will have the opportunity to savor the rich diversity of Indian cuisine, renowned globally for its vibrant flavors. Meals will be served at the volunteer house as outlined in the itinerary. For breakfast, enjoy options like boiled eggs, toast with jam and butter, tea, and nourishing porridge. At lunchtime, volunteers can delight in a range of dishes such as dal (lentils), assorted vegetables, roti (Indian bread), fragrant rice, yogurt, and flavorful paneer curry.
All volunteers have the opportunity to explore local markets and dine at diverse restaurants in Jaipur, sampling a wide array of Indian cuisines. In Jaipur, volunteers can immerse themselves in the vibrant Pink City, and participate in additional activities such as yoga sessions, ayurvedic spa treatments, cooking classes, and even Bollywood dance lessons.

Arrival: Pickup will be provided from Delhi International airport, you can arrive anytime, our driver will be there to pick you up.
Departure: We drop you at Delhi International airport around 19:00 hours at end of program.

You need to pay booking amount $250 in advance to secure your spot on Winter Break volunteer program and start your online preparation and this is non-refundable but valid for life time.
The balance fee must be settled at least two weeks prior to your arrival in India. This fee covers your lodging, transportation, tours within India, and additional amenities. Please refer to the list below titled "What's included?" for a detailed breakdown.
We four of friends joined this Holiday Excursion with Sankalp Volunteer. I strongly recommend it to everyone who looking for a short and meaning holiday trip to India to see the real side of how one person can make a big difference. The kids at school were wonderful and I can't describe well enough how much they gave me just with that one smile I was able to put on their face. I do hope I made a small difference in their life, as they sure made a huge one in mine.
