The English teaching volunteer program is dedicated to supporting primary schools in rural areas, where educational resources may be limited. This program offers a unique opportunity for volunteers and interns to make a meaningful impact by assisting teachers with various class related duties.
Teaching Volunteer Program, Teach and Assist Schools
The volunteers / interns will teach English subject to class 1 to 5 and organize various enjoyable and creative activities as well to sharpen their talents and increase their knowledge. Since activities are organized in the selected schools where acute shortage of teachers exists, you are therefore expected to focus mainly on the syllabus being taught in the Schools. The activities continuously to explore the hidden talents in the children and to promote them. The volunteers / interns might find that they learn as much as from them as the children will learn from you.

Roll and Responsibilities
Volunteers will teach the children English covering to their current syllabus. In addition you can teach Alphabets, Counting, Days of weeks, Months of year, Writing practice etc.
Requirements
Age Limit - 17 Years +
You must participate in teaching volunteer program with an open mind, giving heart, and flexibility to work with different age ranges of children.
To ensure the well-being of participants, it's important that they are in good physical health when joining the teaching program. Further to this, individuals must have a clean criminal record and furnish a clear background check report. For applicants under 18, obtaining parents consent is mandatory to be volunteer with our teaching English program.
Living
Arrival and airport transfer:
We are flexible, allowing you to arrive at any time of the day at Jaipur International airport.
Our designated driver waits for you at arrival point of airport displaying your name (placard). We also facilitate pickup for them who are already in the country or arriving early, from a certain location in Jaipur.
We provide pickup from Delhi airport or other point of Delhi on normal cost of expenditure.
Accommodations:
All abroad volunteers are provided with comfortable housing at volunteer houses in Jaipur. These residences are maintained for hygiene and cleanliness, offering teaching volunteers a cozy home away from home. Complete with amenities such as Wi-Fi - internet, air conditioning, television, western toilets, hot shower, and comfortable bedding, our volunteer houses ensure a pleasant stay.
Orientation:
A comprehensive orientation session on English Taching program, conducted by our team, awaits you on the day following your arrival. This orientation covers essential topics such as local culture, greetings, geographical landmarks, transportation, and other relevant details outlined in your teaching program itinerary.
Meals:
Indian cuisine, celebrated worldwide for its diverse flavours, takes centre stage during your volunteering experience. Meals will be provided at the volunteer house as specified in the itinerary. Breakfast offerings include, boiled egg, toast, tea, jam, butter, and porridge. For lunch and dinner, volunteers can indulge in a variety of dishes including dal (lentils), vegetables, chapati (Indian bread), rice, yogurt, and paneer curry.
Free Time Activities:
During the free hours after English teaching program, volunteers can explore local markets, and dine at various restaurants in Jaipur for the rich variety of Indian cuisines. In Jaipur, volunteers could explore the Pink City and engage in additional activities such as yoga lessons, ayurvedic spa, cooking, and bollywood dance etc.
Weekends:
During the weekends, you are granted free time, allowing abroad volunteers to explore other captivating destinations within the country. If you find yourself unsure about where to venture, we are always delighted to provide you with the finest travel recommendations.

What a great experience that was!!! The children are so warm and loving. It is such a lovely feeling to be surrounded by such a genuine people. It has been very rewarding! I have so enjoyed the time with the children, getting to know them and sharing in their excitement of learning new things.
