Social Internship in India

Our Internship programs provide support to children in need, especially those facing one or more layers of disadvantage in society. Our programs aim to support these children, as well as the local communities overall. As intern your social work will make a difference not only in the life of children, but yours as well!

Students can join our internship program from 1 week to 24 weeks. Generally, students pick an internship program with duration of 4 weeks during the summer break in their academic calendar. However, some students have a semester internship break and take advantage of 12 weeks internship program.

Those taking a gap year can also take advantage of 24 weeks internship opportunities.

At this time, we are not offering any high school internships. However, if you'd like to join a program with our organization in India and under age of 18, we welcome you to join our one of the volunteer and travel program in India such as summer program, India Expedition or Work and Travel which is most suitable for you.

The Internship Programs in India for the international students include a Social Work Internship or a Teaching English Internship from 4 to 24 weeks.

Improve the education levels of children in schools, both in and outside the classroom, by teaching and sports activates.

We offer teaching internships with Government School in Jaipur, India. On this program, interns will have the opportunity to teach a range of education levels, from primary and secondary school students to young and middle-aged adults. The most commonly taught subject is the English. Interns are given opportunities to lead portions of class or even full lessons.

Students looking to gain experience in community development will find many opportunities with us. They can choose an internship with a specific community development focus like education andchild care.

We offer Social Work Internship for Child Care in Orphanage and Street Children Education in Jaipur

The interns need to send in their CVs at time of online application submission. We offer internships throughout the year; the programs ideally begin from a Saturday with arrival in Jaipur, India. Interns are provided with a certificate by the organization (NGO) upon completion of the internship.
