The impact a single volunteer makes in a couple of weeks can be difficult to measure, but when lots of volunteers come together to achieve the same long-term goal, they can achieve immense changes in the community.
The social impact we make in our volunteers' lives is equally as great. Sankalp Organization offers the opportunity for people all across the world to come together with one main goal: make a difference in this world. You will get to experience a variety of cultures, coming together with one another from different countries, which can offer new perspectives on life. We find that incredible friendships and bonds can come out of these unique times spent volunteering in India together. You will take these learned experiences, new cultural understandings, and deep friendships home with you. Through our volunteer programs, we are able to serve some of the greatest needs in our community.

Orphanage Support & Services
Orphanage children still make up a major underserved and overlooked population in our country. Volunteers provide them with daily care, socialization, the art of play/communicating, and lots of love that they would not receive otherwise. Your impact on their young, developing lives is impossible to measure. Love and attention make all the difference!
Street Children Education Project
Street children often miss out on formal schooling. We bring a free education, uniforms, and basic supplies to them locally, reaching a population that would otherwise not have this opportunity. Volunteers from across the globe teach and educate young children with bright minds that are eager to learn and socialize.
Women’s Empowerment & Rights
Women and young girls need to be empowered to know their great worth. They highly benefit from confidence building, learning skills, education, and any other lessons/stories our volunteers can share with them. We believe it takes a village to support and uplift them to achieve independence.
Teaching & Assisting In School
Our primary school teaching assistant programs provide vital help to local teachers. Most of the government schools are lacking in quality of education, and we fill those gaps by providing dedicated teaching and assistance to ensure students receive the individualized attention and support they need to succeed academically.
